Payment Policy

Lessons are paid in advance per school term (or per month for ongoing enrolments).
Invoices are issued before the beginning of each term and payment confirms your reserved lesson time.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
Late payments may result in loss of the reservedslot or an additional administration fee.

Regular attendance and timely payments ensure consistency and help students achievetheir best results.

Cancellations & Make-up Lessons

24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
One make-up lesson per term is allowed (subject to teacher availability).
Missed make-up lessons cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
No refunds are given for missed or unusedlessons.
